Email & Lifecycle Marketing

Email that compounds revenue

Lifecycle marketing is the discipline of sending the right message at the right moment in every customer's journey. MarkAge360 builds segmented lists and behaviour-triggered flows — welcome, nurture, onboarding, cart recovery, retention, and win-back — that run themselves, learn from every open and click, and turn one-time buyers into repeat revenue you can forecast.

Lifecycle approach

We send by behaviour, not by calendar.

Revenue from email isn't luck — it's the right message reaching the right contact at the right moment. We split lists by behaviour and lifecycle stage, wire welcome, nurture, cart, and win-back flows that trigger and learn on their own, then keep optimising for repeat purchases and lifetime value. Segmentation, automation, and retention run as one programme, so every send lands in context and pays for itself.

Segment

Lists split by behaviour and lifecycle stage — new, active, dormant — so every message lands in context instead of going to everyone at once.

Automate

Welcome, nurture, cart, and win-back flows that run themselves and learn — triggered by what each contact does, with branches that send the next-best message.

Retain

Repeat purchases and lifetime value driven by lifecycle messaging that pays for itself — reactivating dormant contacts and lifting revenue per email over time.

Email & Lifecycle Marketing FAQ

Lifecycle email,answered before you automate.

Straight answers on segmentation, automation flows, and the repeat revenue lifecycle email is built to compound.

What is email and lifecycle marketing, and what does MarkAge360 actually build?

Lifecycle marketing sends the right message at the right moment in each customer's journey instead of blasting one email to everyone. We build the full programme — segmented lists, behaviour-triggered automations (welcome, onboarding, nurture, cart recovery, retention, and win-back), the copy and on-brand templates, deliverability setup, and lifecycle reporting. You get flows that run themselves, learn from every open and click, and turn one-time buyers into repeat revenue.

How is the work priced?

Pricing depends on how many flows you need, list size and complexity, and whether you want a one-time build or an ongoing retainer that keeps optimising. Most engagements start with a foundational build — segmentation, core automations, and deliverability — then move to a monthly retainer for new campaigns, A/B tests, and reporting. We scope it to your goals and ESP after a short discovery, so you see the deliverables and cost before anything starts.

How long before the flows are live and producing revenue?

A core set of automations — welcome, abandoned cart, and a post-purchase flow — is typically built and QA'd within a few weeks, and those start earning as soon as they switch on because they fire on existing traffic. Fuller programmes with deeper segmentation, win-back, and a content calendar ramp over the following weeks. The compounding part — rising open, click, and revenue-per-email numbers — comes from the ongoing testing after launch.

How is lifecycle automation different from just sending a regular newsletter?

A newsletter is one message sent to everyone on a calendar; lifecycle automation is triggered by what each contact actually does — signing up, abandoning a cart, going dormant — so the message lands in context. Automated, segmented flows consistently outperform one-off broadcasts because they reach people at the moment of intent. We still run great campaigns and newsletters; we just make the always-on flows do the heavy lifting on revenue.

Which email platforms and tools do you work with?

We work across the major lifecycle ESPs and CRMs — Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io, Mailchimp, Marketo, and similar — and integrate them with your store, CDP, or data warehouse so segments stay accurate. If you already have a platform we build inside it; if you're choosing one, we recommend based on your stack, list size, and budget rather than a default. The flows and data model are designed to be portable, not locked to one vendor.

How do you protect deliverability and stay compliant with consent rules?

Deliverability is treated as core work, not an afterthought: we set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication, warm sending domains, keep lists clean with hygiene and re-engagement, and watch sender reputation so more emails reach the inbox. On consent, we honour opt-in, clear unsubscribe, and the requirements of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and similar regulations, and we only message contacts who have a lawful basis to be there. Clean permission and good reputation are what make the revenue numbers hold up over time.
