Website Design & Development

Websites that work like systems

Website design and development is the process of planning, designing, building, and improving a website so it can attract search traffic, earn trust, and turn visitors into leads or customers. MarkAge360 helps brands create responsive, SEO-ready websites with strong UX, fast performance, CMS workflows, and full-stack development built around business growth.

Web design approach

We turn digital experiences into business results.

We design with purpose — rooted in strategy, guided by data, and aligned to business goals. UX research, creative direction, technical planning, and conversion-rate insight run as one workflow, so every website we ship is a high-performing growth engine built to rank, convert, and compound.

Discovery & research

We study your business, users, competitors, analytics, and search behaviour to define what the website needs to achieve before a screen is designed.

UX strategy & wireframing

We map sitemaps, user journeys, content hierarchy, and conversion paths so every page has a clear job and every click moves users forward.

Visual design & brand expression

We turn the blueprint into a polished, responsive interface with strong UI, clear typography, motion, and brand consistency across every device.

Website Design & Development FAQ

Questions teams askbefore they build

Straight answers on scope, pricing, timelines, and the SEO and performance that decide whether a site actually grows the business.

What does website design and development include?

We cover the full path from discovery to launch — UX research, sitemap and wireframes, visual and brand design, full-stack front-end and back-end build, CMS setup, on-page SEO, responsive QA, and performance tuning. You get a site that is designed, built, content-ready, and instrumented for tracking, not just a set of static pages. Hosting, security, and post-launch support can be scoped in too.

How much does a custom website cost?

Pricing depends on scope — number of templates and unique pages, the CMS or stack, custom functionality, integrations, and how much content and SEO work is involved. A focused marketing site sits at one end of the range and a large multi-template or full-stack build sits at the other. MarkAge360 scopes a fixed price after a short discovery call so you know the number before work starts, and we flag where phasing can lower the upfront cost.

How long does it take to design and build a website?

A typical marketing site runs a few weeks to a couple of months from kickoff; larger full-stack builds with custom features and migrations take longer. The biggest variables are content readiness, the number of approval rounds, and the complexity of integrations. We work in clear stages — discovery, design, build, QA, launch — so you always know what is in flight and what we need from you to keep the timeline on track.

Should I use a template builder or a custom-developed site?

Templates are fast and cheap but you inherit their structure, performance ceiling, and look-alike design. A custom build lets us shape the UX, page hierarchy, and code around your conversion goals and brand, and it scales cleanly as you add pages or functionality. MarkAge360 often uses a well-chosen CMS or framework as the foundation and builds custom on top — you get editing speed without giving up control or performance.

Which platforms and technologies do you build on?

We work across WordPress, Webflow, and headless CMS setups, and full-stack stacks using modern JavaScript frameworks with the right back-end and database for the job. The choice is driven by who edits the site, what it has to do, and how it needs to scale — not by what we happen to like. We recommend the stack during discovery and explain the trade-offs so you are not locked into something you cannot maintain.

Will a redesign hurt my existing SEO and rankings?

It does not have to. Before launch we audit your current URLs, traffic, and rankings, preserve or 301-redirect every important page, keep proven content and metadata, and carry over structured data. We validate redirects, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals on staging, then monitor search performance after go-live so we catch any dips early. The goal of a migration is to protect the rankings you have and improve from there.
