Video & Photography Production

A shot is just the first frame

Production is the craft of turning a brand into footage people actually watch — the brand film, the product and lifestyle photography, and the social video that earns the scroll. MarkAge360 produces end to end: a storyboard and shot list built before anyone rolls, a directed shoot on cinema cameras, the selects pulled from every take, a cinematic colour grade, and a final cut delivered in every aspect ratio your channels need.

Production approach

We take it from storyboard to final cut — and watch the film edit itself.

A brand film is not a happy accident — it is a plan, shot with intent. We start on a storyboard and shot list, roll on cinema cameras, pull the hero takes from every clip, push a cinematic colour grade across the flat footage, then assemble the final cut on a timeline. Storyboard, shoot, selects, grade, and cut run as one build — so what you watch is the finished film, not a pile of clips.

Storyboard & shot list

Every film starts on paper — a storyboard that frames each beat, a shot list, and the lighting and lens notes that turn the brief into a plan the crew can actually shoot.

The shoot — rolling on set

We light the set, frame the viewfinder, and roll on cinema cameras — directing performance and capturing every angle in motion and stills while the REC light is on.

Select the hero takes

From the contact sheet of every clip and frame, we mark the selects — the takes with the performance, the focus, and the moment — so the edit is built only from the best.

Cinematic colour grade

The flat footage gets graded — lift, gamma, gain, and a brand LUT — and the colour washes across the frame, turning raw camera log into the look the film is meant to have.

The final cut & delivery

Selects, grade, sound, and transitions assemble on the timeline into the finished brand film — then deliver in every aspect ratio your channels need, from hero cut to social.

STORYBOARD

Selected work

From a single shoot to a full content library, wemake brands worth watching.

Brand films, product and lifestyle stills, and social cutdowns stay connected while the production work scrolls past — planned on a storyboard, shot on cinema cameras, graded and cut for every channel.

+

Brief & Pre-Production

We turn the brief into a creative treatment, storyboard, and shot list — then lock locations, talent, crew, and the shoot schedule before anyone rolls.

+

Direction & The Shoot

On set we light, frame, and direct — capturing motion and stills on cinema cameras, with the coverage and safety takes a clean edit needs.

+

Selects & Edit

We pull the hero takes from every clip and frame, then assemble the story on a timeline — pacing, sound design, and transitions built around the narrative.

Colour Grade & Finish

A cinematic grade, retouching, titles, and motion graphics give the film its signature look — consistent across every cut in the campaign.

Video & Photography Production FAQ

Questions beforewe roll

Straight answers on what a production includes, how shoots are priced, and the footage your brand ships.

What does video & photography production include?

We produce end to end: a storyboard and shot list, a directed shoot on cinema cameras for both motion and stills, the selects pulled from every take, a cinematic colour grade, and a final cut delivered in every aspect ratio your channels need. That covers brand films, product and lifestyle photography, and short social video. You get a plan before anyone rolls and finished assets at the end — not a folder of raw clips to sort out yourself.

How is a production priced?

Pricing is scoped per project, driven by shoot days, crew size, location and talent, and the number of deliverables and edits you need. A single-day product shoot with a tight set of cuts costs far less than a multi-location brand film with cast and a sound mix. MarkAge360 quotes a fixed production budget up front once the brief and shot list are agreed, so there are no surprises after the shoot day.

How long does a video or photo project take?

A focused product or social shoot typically runs two to four weeks from brief to final delivery; a full brand film with storyboarding, casting and a grade usually takes four to eight weeks. The shoot itself is one or two days — most of the timeline is pre-production planning and post. We share a schedule with shoot and review dates so you always know when selects, the first cut, and the final files land.

Should we shoot a custom production or use stock?

Stock is fine for filler and backgrounds, but it can't show your actual product, team, or space, and your competitors can buy the same clips. A custom shoot gives you footage that is unmistakably yours and a library you can re-cut for months. We often blend the two — a custom hero film plus a bank of stills and b-roll — so you get distinctiveness where it matters and efficiency everywhere else.

What gear and tools do you shoot and edit on?

We shoot on cinema cameras and pro photo bodies with proper lighting, recording in log so the footage holds up through the grade. Post runs in industry-standard tools — editing and colour in DaVinci Resolve and Premiere, retouching in Lightroom and Photoshop — with a brand LUT applied for a consistent look. Final files are delivered in the codecs, resolutions, and aspect ratios each platform expects.

How do you keep the footage on-brand and on-message?

The look is locked before the shoot: the storyboard, lighting notes, and a brand LUT are agreed against your guidelines, so colour, framing, and tone match the rest of your identity. We work in structured review rounds — selects, a first cut, then the final cut — with your feedback captured at each stage. The result reads as one coherent system across every cut and crop, not a set of one-off clips.
