Encardio Rite
From 800 to 70,000 monthly organic visits for Encardio Rite
Encardio Rite has spent decades instrumenting the world’s dams, bridges, tunnels, metros and mines, yet online that authority was almost invisible. MarkAge360 built an integrated growth system across international SEO, technical content, platform-specific social media, executive branding and community engagement. Monthly organic traffic climbed from around 800 to as many as 70,000, with page-one visibility across India, the USA, the UK, the UAE and Australia.

A global authority the internet could barely see.
Inside the industry, everyone knew the name; online, an established engineering enterprise was almost invisible.
Encardio Rite had decades of experience in geotechnical instrumentation and infrastructure monitoring: dams, bridges, tunnels, metros, mines and deep excavations. Within the industry, people knew the name. Online, that authority was largely invisible: around 800 users a month, limited search visibility, conservative social communication and no scalable digital knowledge base. Meanwhile its next generation of clients, the engineers, consultants, contractors and infrastructure companies in the USA, Australia, the Middle East and Europe, was researching suppliers online, across Google, LinkedIn, technical groups and forums. The credibility existed offline; it simply did not exist where the buying now started. Managing Director Arushi Gujral Bhalla recognised the opportunity early, while the wider organisation remained cautious. MarkAge360 was brought in to build the bridge from offline credibility to international digital awareness.
- A technically complex portfolio: piezometers, inclinometers, tiltmeters, pressure cells, strain gauges, load cells, extensometers, dataloggers and automated monitoring systems, all needing real depth useful to practising engineers, not generic innovation claims.
- Several industries inside one: dam instrumentation, tunnel deformation, groundwater monitoring and bridge structural health, so the architecture had to serve both product-led and application-led demand.
- A worldwide audience: visibility needed across India, the USA, the UK, the UAE, Australia and Europe, different Google markets held to one consistent technical position.
- Strict control over brand communication: every claim scrutinised, demanding creativity inside a controlled brand system without becoming repetitive.
- A legacy WordPress website: growth had to come from the existing infrastructure, without waiting for a rebuild.
Visibility recorded across five markets.
By 2022 the supplied search reports recorded 2,500+ top-ten and 950+ top-three market-query positions across the five markets.
Positions are counted per market, so a single subject can appear in several countries; that international repetition was the point. The July 2026 ranking export postdates the close of the engagement in January 2023.
When a company knows more than anyone in its category, the job is not to add noise. It is to turn that technical knowledge into the marketing asset, so every product, application and project answers the exact question an engineer is already searching for.
Why it kept working.
Seven decisions that turned an offline reputation into a compounding digital asset.
It respected the audience
The work respected the intelligence of practising engineers, never reducing a technical portfolio to generic innovation claims.
It was built around the whole category
Products, applications, projects and the questions engineers ask all lived inside one search ecosystem, rather than a narrow keyword list.
Every platform had a defined role
Each channel carried a specific job, so the social presence stayed recognisable without repeating itself.
It made expertise human
Arushi Gujral Bhalla's presence gave the expertise a face, and a leadership channel that reached engineers a company page could not.
It entered existing communities
The programme joined conversations already happening in industry groups and forums, being useful rather than promotional.
It created assets that compound
The rankings kept earning traffic years after the engagement ended, rather than stopping when spend stopped.
It worked through the constraints
The legacy WordPress site was treated as a limitation to engineer around, not an excuse to wait for a rebuild.
An integrated system, built beneath the surface.
A search foundation mapped to the whole market
MarkAge360 mapped the complete market rather than a keyword list, with three routes in. Product-led demand covered piezometers, pressure cells, inclinometers, tiltmeters, load cells, strain gauges, extensometers, dataloggers and temperature sensors. Application-led demand covered dam, bridge, tunnel, landslide, excavation, groundwater, structural-health and mine monitoring. Project-led demand turned landmark project pages into searchable evidence.
A technical content engine for practising engineers
The content answered the questions engineers were already asking: how piezometers work, types of inclinometers, pressure-cell applications, tiltmeter installation, strain-gauge principles, load-cell types, temperature-sensor operation, and dam, bridge, tunnel and landslide instrumentation. Combining search-intent research, technical topic mapping, on-page optimisation, metadata, internal linking and ongoing WordPress maintenance, it turned the site from a product catalogue into a searchable engineering resource.
Rankings built across five markets at once
By 2022 the programme held top-three and top-ten positions in India, the USA, the UK, the UAE and Australia. Category-defining terms led the way: dam instrumentation, landslide monitoring and pressure cell held featured-snippet positions across all five markets, piezometer held top positions in all five, and inclinometer reached page one in every market.
Platform-specific social, one role per channel
Each channel had a distinct job: the LinkedIn company page for technical authority and project visibility, leadership profiles for executive perspective, YouTube for product education and project storytelling, Instagram for visual communication and culture, Twitter/X for timely industry participation, and LinkedIn groups and forums for direct involvement in specialist communities. One controlled visual system carried varied subject matter, recognisable without being repetitive.
Executive branding that made expertise human
MarkAge360 positioned Arushi Gujral Bhalla as the human face of the growth, translating technical subjects into leadership communication and industry discussion that went beyond corporate announcements. Her LinkedIn audience grew from around 1,200 to 13,000+, a leadership channel through which expertise travels further than a company page ever could.
Community participation where engineers already gather
The programme entered conversations that already existed, across LinkedIn groups, professional communities, engineering forums and technical comment threads. This was not promotional link-dropping but being useful where engineers exchange knowledge, moving Encardio Rite from a website people could discover to an industry participant people could recognise.
Authority made impossible to miss.
We did not make geotechnical monitoring louder. We made its authority impossible to miss. Encardio Rite already had the products, the expertise, the landmark projects and the reputation; MarkAge360 converted those strengths into a digital system that reaches engineers and infrastructure decision-makers worldwide. As the digital footprint strengthened, the company kept expanding across the UAE, Australia, the USA and Europe, and today its LinkedIn presence describes a business operating across 80+ countries, while its official website, encardio.com, presents a global infrastructure-monitoring portfolio spanning bridges, dams, tunnels, mines and other megastructures. A prospect in a new market can now discover it through a technical search, read detailed instrument explanations, review landmark projects and encounter its leadership on LinkedIn, arriving with familiarity and confidence.
The results proved durable. A July 2026 ranking export of the 100 highest-traffic entries found 99 still in Google's top 10, 78 in the top three, 47 in first position and 96 non-branded, still ranking for dams, the Atal Tunnel, piezometers, temperature sensors and more, long after the engagement closed in January 2023. Advertising stops when spend stops; this became an owned digital asset. By the end, digital had become important enough that Encardio Rite built its own internal marketing capability on the system MarkAge360 established. Like the monitoring instruments themselves, the strongest part of the marketing was built beneath the surface.
