E-commerce growth system

Revenue that compounds per order

We build full-funnel commerce engines for DTC and retail brands — acquisition, on-site conversion, lifecycle and marketplaces wired so each order lowers the cost of the next one.

Agile and Adaptive Approach: Project management should be adaptable to changing circumstances, client requirements, and unforeseen challenges. An agile approach allows for flexibility and adjustment of strategies, resources, and timelines as needed. This helps ensure that the project stays on track and meets evolving client expectations.

E-commerce FAQ

Questions we get asked about e-commerce marketing

What this costs, which channels carry the category, how long it takes, and what we report on when the usual metrics do not fit.

How much should an e-commerce brand spend on marketing?

Published DTC benchmarks cluster around 25-35% of revenue for brands under roughly $1M, easing toward 15-20% past $20M as repeat revenue carries more of the load. The percentage matters less than what it buys: if contribution margin after acquisition is positive and payback lands inside your cash cycle, the number is right. We budget against blended CAC and contribution margin, not against a benchmark percentage.

What is the difference between ROAS and blended ROAS?

Platform ROAS is what Meta or Google claims from inside its own attribution window. Blended ROAS, or MER, is total revenue divided by total marketing spend with no attribution model at all. The two routinely disagree by a wide margin because platforms double-count the same order. Blended is the only figure that matches your bank account, so it is the one we plan spend against; channel ROAS stays a diagnostic, not a target.

How do I lower customer acquisition cost for my online store?

Usually not by bidding better. The cheapest CAC reductions come from conversion rate on the pages traffic already lands on, from creative volume that keeps CPMs from fatiguing, and from repeat rate, which lowers blended CAC without touching the ad account at all. We look at site conversion, creative refresh and retention first, because media efficiency is the smallest of the four levers in most accounts.

Should I sell on marketplaces or focus on my own store?

Both, with different jobs. Marketplaces and quick commerce buy reach and defend shelf share, but you rent the customer and the margin. Your own store is where first-party data, lifecycle and contribution margin live. The mistake is running them on one blended target: marketplace spend should be judged on share and velocity, direct spend on margin and LTV.

What e-commerce metrics actually matter?

Five: blended CAC, contribution margin per order, repeat-purchase rate, payback period, and site conversion rate. Everything else is a diagnostic for one of those. Sessions, impressions and platform ROAS can all rise while the business gets worse, which is why we report contribution margin as the headline and keep channel metrics underneath it.

How long before an e-commerce growth program shows results?

Conversion and creative work shows inside 30-60 days because both act on traffic you already have. Retention compounds over two to three purchase cycles, so its effect on blended CAC is a quarter-plus story. Paid restructuring sits between the two. We sequence conversion first for that reason: it makes every later media rupee cheaper.
